1. Purpose and independence
EduGold360 offers educational information and directs visitors to an individual's personal Aureus referral page. It is an independently operated affiliate service. A site owner may receive compensation subject to Aureus rules if you register or transact after following their link. Marksman may receive website license fees. These connections may affect the owner's incentives.
Articles, videos, promotional statements and historical gold prices are not audited investment results, financial advice or an offer from EduGold360 to sell securities. Shares can be risky or difficult to resell. Verify current share terms, eligibility and company claims directly on Aureus's official site.
2. Your account and payment safety
Visitors do not need an EduGold360 website account to read content or make an inquiry. Only authorized paid/beta owners can use buyer setup. Do not pay EduGold360 or its visitors for Aureus shares. Register for shares, if eligible, only through a trusted official Aureus page and review the full terms before payment.
Beware of cloned domains, payment demands, guarantees of returns, unsolicited messages requesting passwords, or attempts to redirect outside the official Aureus registration system. Report suspicious pages to the relevant company and service operator.
3. Contact forms and specific consent
An inquiry form may request your name, email, optional phone and topic so the named affiliate can reply about your inquiry. Your required contact-permission checkbox applies only to that requested follow-up; separate optional email-marketing permission is never a condition of submitting a question. We do not enable automated promotional texts or calls based on this form.
Only submit information that belongs to you. Do not disclose passwords, government IDs, bank details, investment-account credentials, health data, credit card numbers or sensitive documents. Your details may be processed by Marksman Capital USA LLC and shared with the named affiliate who operates that particular website for legitimate response purposes, subject to the Privacy Policy.
4. Fair and permitted use
Do not use bots to create fake inquiries, harass affiliates or other visitors, spam, probe credentials, upload malicious material, copy protected site components to impersonate EduGold360 or access private buyer setup. Public facts may be referenced consistently with applicable law, but trademarks, custom design and proprietary systems may not be reused without authorization.
We may limit abusive requests, block malicious network activity and retain proportionate security records. Automated protection can make mistakes; contact support through an available official route if you believe a block is incorrect.
5. Privacy, rights and contacting you
We apply purpose limitation, access controls, rate-limiting and security checks. Specific inquiry data is not sold to advertisers or made available to unrelated affiliates. Withdraw marketing consent or make access, deletion, or complaint requests at [email protected], subject to verification and legal exceptions.
