Rules for EduGold360 Website Owners
Version 2026-10-24-v1 · Issued October 24, 2026 · Contractual rules are subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable law.
1. Who may purchase and activate
A website license may be activated only by an adult purchaser or an expressly authorized business representative using the purchaser's account and activation process. One licensed buyer account may have one EduGold360 website and one unique personal Aureus referral link. Buying multiple licenses does not automatically create additional websites.
The website owner must supply their own active personal HTTPS Aureus referral-page URL, confirm they control that link, and declare they hold Aureus shares. No share quantity is requested. This declaration is provided by the buyer and does not mean EduGold360 has verified share ownership or eligibility for any Aureus payments.
2. Referral URL, branding and impersonation
Only the approved personal referral-page URL format on https://www.aureus.africa/ or https://aureus.africa/ may be accepted. Generic pages, redirects, query-string destinations, link shorteners and non-Aureus domains are not allowed. One referral link cannot be assigned to more than one license. Name and slug must not impersonate Aureus, EduGold360, other affiliates, a public agency, or a third party.
Do not falsely claim to speak for Aureus, hold an exclusive authorization, offer audited investment information, or operate an official Aureus payment page. Any Aureus use, payment, approval, or compensation depends solely on Aureus's own current terms and eligibility checks.
3. Limited website license and abuse prevention
Subject to payment and compliance, Marksman Capital USA LLC provides a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to operate the assigned EduGold360-hosted affiliate site during the license term. The site software, original templates, code, graphics, security logic, customer database, and hosting configuration are not sold or transferred.
You may share your assigned website's public links and promote your own referral link lawfully. You may not resell, sublicense, clone, scrape, bulk-download, distribute the site's underlying assets as a replacement service, circumvent account or technical restrictions, reverse engineer protected systems except where applicable law expressly permits, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated tools to overwhelm the service. Do not attempt to collect other affiliates' leads or misrepresent the site's origin.
4. Truthful, lawful promotion
No guarantees of returns, dividends, share appreciation, liquidity, cashout dates or referral income. No invented audits, permits, mining figures, trading prices, testimonials or claims of government endorsement. State relevant conflicts and compensation prominently near referral invitations, not solely on a hidden legal page. Do not target children or persons prohibited by applicable law.
You are responsible for your own representations and compliance with applicable advertising, securities-promotion, privacy, consumer-protection, anti-spam and telemarketing rules in each region you contact. Do not provide personalized financial advice unless lawfully authorized, and do not solicit or receive payment for Aureus shares through EduGold360.
5. Visitor inquiries and lead data
A visitor may request information without buying a website or owning shares. Collected inquiries are made available only to the designated licensed owner and authorized platform administrators for the stated follow-up purpose. A visitor's inquiry does not constitute consent to unrelated marketing, automatic phone calls, text campaigns, data resale, or transfer to other affiliates.
Store only information reasonably needed to answer the inquiry; safeguard it, respect deletion and unsubscribe rights, and never export or repurpose leads into outside marketing databases without a separately lawful basis. Do not contact a visitor about an unrelated product without appropriate permission. No automatic marketing SMS is enabled.
6. Annual fee, renewal and cancellation
Before payment, the checkout must disclose the current price, billing interval, renewal terms, taxes where applicable, how to cancel, and any material service conditions. Published pricing at checkout controls; this page does not establish a price. The paid license grants hosting and site services, not a share purchase, compensation entitlement, or guaranteed number of leads.
If an annual subscription is selected, it renews only as disclosed and authorized at checkout. Customers must have an accessible cancellation method, and termination of renewal must not require an unauthorized charge. Refunds and statutory consumer rights are governed by the published checkout terms and applicable law. No live checkout is authorized in the current beta.
7. Security, enforcement and fair procedure
We may rate-limit, temporarily restrict, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, impersonation, malicious traffic, privacy harm, unlawful promotions, non-payment or material violation of these rules. Where safe and appropriate, we will provide notice and a chance to remedy. Urgent security incidents may require immediate action.
Maintain accurate contact details; promptly report suspected compromise, referral hijacking, false representations or data exposure. We retain operational/audit records only as necessary for service, security and legal obligations. We do not promise infallible detection, uninterrupted operation or immunity from legal liability.
8. Applicable law and enforceability
Any limitation of liability, payment dispute provision, governing-law clause or forum-selection clause must be clearly disclosed in applicable terms and cannot remove mandatory rights. These rules do not establish an attorney-client relationship. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder applies to the extent permitted by law.
The rights of content owners, visitors and customers under law remain in effect. For support and complaints, contact [email protected]; for privacy requests, contact [email protected]. See our Privacy Policy.
Additional jurisdiction-specific rights cannot be waived by this notice.
